Play Bridge without Glasses after Cataract Surgery?

“One of the ladies I play Bridge with monthly showed up without any glasses on. I couldn’t believe it. She was playing without any reading glasses! I asked her how it was possible and she said that she had cataract surgery done and the lens that Dr. Buck had put in her eyes allowed her to see distance as well as up close. I didn’t even know that was an option. I called to make an appointment because I knew I had cataracts but at my last appointment they weren’t ready to come out. To my luck they were finally ready and Dr. Buck recommended the PanOptix® lens implant for me. This is the best vision I have ever had and I can’t believe that I don’t rely on reading glasses as much as I used to!”
